Description
The little girl looked up at her Mother and explained that she had found the little kangaroo all alone and that he kept following her and that he wouldn't be any trouble and she would feed him and take care of him and he could sleep in her room and could she keep him? The Mother stared down at her daughter and only half heard the monolog spilling forth. Her main thought was, "How in the world did a kangaroo get into her backyard? This was the USA not Australia!"
I was mainly to trying out Whimsysmiles Dynamic Seer outfit and it grew into this. We actually have one of the smaller varieties of Kangaroos running wild here in our county. He escaped from a local woman who has epilepsy and was given the little guy because he can sense one of her spells coming on and alert her so she can prepare. Unfortunately her dog spooked him as she was getting out of her car and he got away. There are still sightings of him every now and then but they were never able to catch him.

Super sweet image!
Great image! A wonderful outfit on an attractive lady! Did anyone try using a female kangaroo to lure him, at an appropriate time of year of course?
"Why sure you can!!..." sweet scene, bet this as happened may times.... just wait till you see what Trish brought home with her!!.... Excellently done as always!!!
I do love your art work This is an image that we all know our child wants and we can not say no
Lovely GT. I know what you mean. A 15 Ft python was fished out of a canal over here recently ?!
There you got Skippy. He is wonderful. He was on Dutch TV many years ago. A friendly friend to play with. She will not take no for an answer I bat. So Mommy is in deep trouble.
Very nice work
Very beautifully worked scene T well done!!
Marvelous and adorable scene my friend... Outstandingly done once again !!!
Too funny. Love the twist on the old "he followed me home, can I keep him" theme. How does a wallaby (I'm assuming) survive our winters? Must be one tough little bugger!
Well done. The answer probably should have been 'no'. A wild animal will not stay tame after it starts to grow up no matter how cute it looks as a baby..
Very cute scene! And you have a wallaby running, or hopping, around somewhere nearby. That's odd, maybe you'll see it one day. :)
strange how it got there. maybe from the zoo. great storyline image, Teri.
Love this image.
Very cute image and sweet story Excellent work
Brings back fond memories, I used to take home any animal I could get my hands on including snakes, frogs, turtles and a salamander or too. Not to mention all the fury and feathered critters I took home! And of course who didn't have an ant farm! Would be cool to see a kangaroo running around!
yep have fun until he craps on the new persian rug muahahahahahah.
Very cute. :-)
Funny!
Very nice looking work!
Great story and scene!
Oh heck yes, I want a kangaroo and name it Roo.
The tree house is exquisite! Really class artwork! Her kangaroo looks superb! Well done indeed!
LOL!! Love it! :)
The start of many a question that should be answered in the negative. but.......................... ;)
Reminds me of the time my son brought a dog home... We named her Sparky and was one of the best dogs I have ever had.... Making myself misty eyed. Thanks for the memories !
Beautiful scene!!!
I can just hear Mom thinking "How do I get out of this one??" A fun and delightfully done image, Terri! Brings a smile for sure!
fabulous work
