A super doodle and not exactly a 'run of the mill' one either !!
What fun! :) I love the old woman's shoe as a railcar. :)
Does the old woman still live in that with all her children, I wonder! What fun!
I love the way you whip these doodles out in no time. I need to practice being freer with doodles like you do. :)
Helle, this is about the coolest doodle I've seen in some time. I always enjoy your ideas for art.
I like this a lot
Wonderful artwork Andrea. God bless.
cool
Ilove thi "locomotive" Fantastic drawing Helle !!!
Very fun!
Awesome work!
Pure crazy whimsy, a total delight. And the charcoal on the right looks like snacks you wrapped in foil to keep them warm, lol. Like you take a bite every so often while you're drawing...I love the packed-on composition, the way everything is "on top" of everything else, like a child would draw. You didn't 'edit' yourself, you just let yourself play. And I love the shoe and those ultra child-like train cars, and the middle eastern arch in the background, underneath a Dutch windmill, and that lone cat watching it all go by. And the big billow coming out of the shoe-smokestack. Totally unedited, spontaneous and delightful. There's even a person looking out of the window in the shoe! (I think that's a person. I don't think it's a painting, as that would be a bad place to hang a painting...) Delightful. And I love the charcoal sticks on the side. As long as you keep doing things like this, you won't lose your touch, even during periods when it's hard to get back into art again...I'm only doing a couple of images in each gallery tonight, but I'll be back for more. This is a delight.
