You've nailed the 3 Cs of photography here, Harry: composition, clarity and colour! What an absolutely stunning capture of these perfect roses! Kudos!!!

Nice work on a truly epic looking capture, Harry.
Amazing picture great colors and very sharp!!!!!!!!!
For me sometimes (ala Denise), the "3 C's" are "chaos, collision and catastrophe". (You can throw in cacophony too. This kind of shot would probably bring out all 4 for me.) But Denise's C's apply here for sure. It's a totally unexpected rose shot, because it's really a big street shot with roses as the focus. And they're big and beautiful, made moreso by those bulbous buds that shoot into the flowers like lanterns into architecture. A very contrapuntal shot. Your angle lets the street---and that defining fence---sweep us into the distance; and yet the roses remain our "anchor," holding us to foreground in their straight and complex formation. A really complex shot, and very pleasing too; and I love the way the buds play out such a complicated symphony with the flowers. Terrific seeing (finding and capturing this complicated shot); and you handled the many elements with ease. I know, because I'd have sat before this image---were it mine---and thought, "there's no way I'm gonna clarify this image!" Very well done, and a wonderful variation in your rose series...
A beautiful array of colours and shapes.. Lovely POV, we can take our pick from this shot, well taken mate Sorry for me 'annoyed' sounded comments previously, its not your pictures, don't think that, its the world mate, people and the world.. Thanks for the links.. Rob
