Description
Captured on Father's Day, 6/15/14, overlooking a channel adjacent to the Los Angeles Waterfront.
A ZOOM, as usual, would be most effective.
This beauty, named Salesman Ship, out of Alamitos Bay, California, was approaching hot and heavy, just to impress us awestruck observers aboard the battleship. And, the bottom shot was initially a poorly composed telephoto picture, so, rather than trash it, I cropped it down to its bare essentials for this detailed image.
I know you're all waiting eagerly for the battleship photos, so sit tight, I'm still processing the loads of them.
Cheerybye.

Draw a bead on this one with the aft turret and fire just one 2,000 pound shell...that should do it:-) Nice shooting Harry.
Great work on these cool captures, Harry.
fortunately, we see the family on the lower deck! All sports have their dose of posers ... even outboards navigation!!!
That's a bit of an expensive toy there; looks quite comfortable, though. Well shot, Harry!!
A very neat looking craft mate, but I find the name odd.. But their choice huh? Great shots.. Rob
