Description
This is No.2 since No.1, "The Selfie" already appeared on page 25. I originally made this back in the 90's in an 8bit program that came on a floppy disc (!) and then made a whole gas station to match but it was enough work to bring th pump to this point in DAZ, the rest will have to wait. Modelled loosely on a real pump, I think from the 60's.
Folk from the distant future would probably be mystified by the title since the pump is clearly for a liquid yet the term "gas" means a vapour. . . . . .
Once finished, the Gas Station just might be my first product . . . . .

They might think it was a statue of a race of one armed humanoids. Will it actually have moving parts?
android65mar, It might if I could figure out how to make the hose bend, I know it's doable I just haven't done it before. Also, it should be weathered - right now it is new and shiny. If you are any good at either of those arts, I might just let you have a go . . . there would be some pocket money in it too once the product appears . . . ? Incidentally, any ideas for Future Artworks or Artifacts are very welcome. I was going to fill the warehouse with them originally but time and imagination conspired against me.

Great work!... you should place it in a museum and have future people looking at it... oh and to make parts move on it, you have to rig it, I'm not sure how its done in DAZ though..
Be sure that time after time, gasoline will look like a sci-fi lost dream...
