Description
Memorial day
Taken on Board street in Lake Charles
it a big grave yard and I going to go back there one day,
the reason the body is on top the ground is because of the water table is close to the top of the ground

Very great picture, Jock. Oh so I understand now about how the graves are. You made me chuckle too about baking there one day. :) I'm sure that won't be for a very, very long time from now, my friend!
lol mean to say going back there
:) LOL. God only knows where I'll end up baking. :) Hope you have a wonderful evening, Jock!

Cool shot. When I was in New Orleans years ago, we took a cemetery tour and they explained about the water table. Very interesting.
Excellent capture! :)
Wonderful and very creative work
Great capture!
Lots of trees and nice cool lighting effects in this picture of the cemetery, Jock. Interesting about the water table. The frame reminds me of television sets when they first came out many decades ago.
What a beautiful shot and tribute********
A complex image. I like the reflection of the flag in the water.
Wonderful moody capture, Jock! I really like the way to arched trees frame this photo.
