Hi dear friends,
Here below you see the link to the video I promised you.
Namely: me (said the madwoman), who really enjoys her new, flexible hula hoop.
It's not the hula hoop from above as in the picture, but this hula hoop on the movie
is filled with one spring made of stainless steel, and it's quite heavy in weight.
If I do this, I can forget all my pain and worries, it's like a miracle for me, to feel so free from everything.
I would say to all of you, please do imitate. Lets go guys, I can highly recommend it to you.

Thank you for sharing this little video of you with us here, by doing a new and modern version of the old 'Hula Hoop' , it's very inspiring, I would love to try that one day too - and you do look so very happy and relaxed, finally there is some 'new medicine', to take your mind off all that constant pain ... Karel doing a great job filming you, especially when he zooms in, towards the end. BTW - even your garden is smiling beautifully in the background ;)) Seeing you so very nice and slim, makes me feel a little bit overweight, must do something about that a.s.a.p ;P Keep on 'HOOPING' Jacominchen ...
