Description
Received questions about the mother of the chicks in my last post. This is not the mother but because this one was hanging around the nest it could be the father.
I have just returned from 6 days in the hospital. The highlights are food poisoning, which caused my white blood cells to go high, then my pulse jumped to the mid 170s, dehydration from constant diarrhea, they actually shut off my heart and then jump started it again at 57 to 67 beats a minute. What an improvement. Then to make sure that they didn’t miss anything, I am now a diabetic. All this while preparing to move north to New Hampshire for the summer. I will be taking a break from Renderosity for awhile but do not be surprised to see an occasional comment from me. I will miss you all.

Les points forts sont l'intoxication alimentaire, qui a provoqué mes globules blancs pour aller haut, puis mon pouls sauté aux 170s milieu, la déshydratation de la diarrhée constante, ils réellement éteints mon cœur et sautent alors commencé à nouveau à 57 à 67 battements par minute. Quelle amélioration. Ensuite, pour s'assurer qu'ils n'ont pas manqué quelque chose, je suis maintenant un diabétique. Tout cela alors qu'il s'apprêtait à se déplacer du nord au New Hampshire pour l'été. Je vais prendre une pause de Renderosity pendant un certain temps, mais ne soyez pas surpris de voir un commentaire occasionnel de moi. Je vais vous manquer à tous.

Die Highlights sind eine Lebensmittelvergiftung, die meine weißen Blutkörperchen hoch zu gehen verursacht wird, dann mein Puls stieg bis Mitte der 170s, Dehydrierung vom ständigen Durchfall, sie tatsächlich aus meinem Herzen zu und springen dann fing es wieder von 57 bis 67 Schläge pro Minute. Was für eine Verbesserung. Dann, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht verpassen, ich bin jetzt ein Diabetiker. I punti salienti sono l'intossicazione alimentare, che ha causato i miei globuli bianchi per andare in alto, quindi il mio polso saltato alla metà 170s, disidratazione da diarrea costante, che in realtà si spengono mio cuore e poi saltano iniziato di nuovo a 57-67 battiti al minuto. Che un miglioramento. Poi, per assicurarsi che essi non mancare niente, ora sono un diabetico. Tutto questo mentre si prepara a trasferirsi a nord di New Hampshire per l'estate. Wonderful photo Dana. I'm glad you're doing better, though now having Diabetes kinda puts a crimp in life. Just take it easy on what you eat and PLEASE monitor you blood sugar closely. I know what Food Poisoning can do and I know it is NOT fun (I spent 6 days in Sick Bay with an IV in my arm - the joke of it is that it was the chow on board the ship and not street vendor food that did me in)

Oh my goodness. I am so glad you survived the ordeal. I sure hope you have a great time in NH. Controlling the diabetes is possible and can even be enjoyable with all the modern advances in cuisine. I will miss you here while you are on your break, but hope to see you again soon with some fantastic photos of New Hampshire. :)

OMG - what a way to go? reading about your health issues! - apparently these tales of food poisoning are all too often nowadays, thank heavens you are on your way to recovery, you sure do deserves a good rest now ... Oh man, Dana! Such a scary thing you went through...yes, we kept you alive, but you know have diabetes. Geesh, you can't lose for living. But my thoughts are with you...hope your trip back to NH is smooth and you arrive safe and sound. I haven't been on Rendo for a while, because I FINALLY found out that all of my notices were going to SPAM!!! Arrgh...

Firstly, a very majestic looking father and nicely camouflaged ! Sorry to hear about all your mishaps...ain't life grand ?...WTF ? On the bright side at least your revving at the right pace now, so stay out of trouble (pole dancing bars !) and take it easy for a while. ~Cheers~
