Can I just say STUNNING CAR! And outstanding postwork again.. You are good at this mate! Brilliant! Rob
I think it's great that, in your first use of the "more than one pic allowed" rule, you posted two shots on the same theme, and one car was "going in" while the other was "coming out": A perfect pairing, even though they're very different shots. I'm with Rob on the "stunning car"---by itself, it's a real jewel of decay and stamina. But the fade looks like a blend, and you got the fade blemish free, which I find extremely difficult to do. Especially as the back end of the car is so present. I don't know where you come up with this idea---you've done 'swallowed cars' before (one was a long limo, if I recall!)---but it's one of those ideas that seems so natural once one has seen it, where one wonders why it hasn't been done before. This old behemoth, fading into a forest, is pure poetry---like it's finally going to the happy hunting ground. Like it's achieved a transcendent state that only rusted relics are allowed...Fascinating woods too, with all that leaf-covered soil, and those bulbous trunks. Way cool (Marilyn), with a finely tuned, finessed fade.
