A beautiful & serene sunset with very subtle color changes & gradations - outstanding. But I'm wondering why you classified it as a "photo manipulation"?
Oops, I meant to classify this as "Landscape"...I was in too much of a rush to get out the door this morning:-)
lovely
Fantastic atmosphere !!
Absolute perfection!
That is an amazing scene. Can't you just feel the ocean breeze and the cooling day as the sun goes down. Wonderful photography.
Amazing capture my friend. God bless.
Gorgeous sunset scene.
Beautiful sunset, as Andrea says, Perfection!! x
Magnifique !!!
A very beautiful sunset Bill.
The tree limbs above add a nice balance to this beauty Bill. Well done.
Wonderful capture love those colours
How relaxed this image makes me feel Bill. It's like one of those album covers for relaxation music. Well done mate!
As lovely a sunset that one can attain through their camera lens, Bill. But are those contrails I see? Also, the silhouetted branched foreground gives it extra depth and contrast.
Absolutely breathtaking, Bill; what a perfect sunset!!
Lovely Bill. It's amazing how quickly the sun seems to go down at this time.
You make me want to go back there! That was such a terrific campground, and I loved the bay. Beautiful sunset!
Reminds me of the beautiful sunsets I could see from the bedroom window at home in San Francisco. I've often wondered about the name Perdido Bay - perdido as in lost. Did someone get lost? Or was the bay "lost"? Or was something lost? It sets my mind spinning. So, I go back to daydreaming about home and beautiful sunsets to the tunes of Samuel Barber's Serenade for Strings. Keep up the good work even if you made me a bit homesick and nostalgic! :-)
What a spectacular shot, Bill! This belongs in a promotional piece for Florida travel! :-D Awesome, my friend! What a wonderful time we had with you two! Hope the tail light works, now! LOL!
The prelude to Plane heaven lol Stunning sunset mate, a real delight.. Relaxing and calming.. Rob
fabulous image
Beautiful!
I bet you were not there a few days ago when there was 22 inches of rain unless you have pontoons for your motor home. very beautiful sunset
When you first posted this, I thought of Lake Michigan, which just goes to show that sunrises and sunsets over water can look similar in many places. A big sweeping tranquil sunset capture, and I like that you kept the trees and the foreground in total black (or postworked to that hue), because it allows the sunset hues to predominate. And you got some contrails which match the sweeping clouds (cirrus maybe? see I know a few cloud names!). Everything's right about this, it has the low sweep, intense colors in a thin band surrounded by the darker colors everywhere else, and your blacks dominate the foreground as happens in low sunsets. A beautiful sunset shot from you, Bill.
Was out there last year and your photo does justice to the beauty of the bay.
