Description
Some of the flooding on the Levels. The bridge is a road over the railway - some of you will have seen a train stopped on the line because of the floods.
Tara inspired me to post this with her post today.
This pic will zoom.

How long do they expect this flooding/high water to continue? Well done shot by the way. :)
The water levels have dropped a lot over the past week.
Beautiful! Aloha
I like this one, depth is made by the layers of things across the image.
A beautiful photo. It's good that the water is dropping at last.
Beautiful view and well showed how hight the water is :)
Great capture Glad the water levels are dropping
That's a lot of water...beautiful shot!
impressive..
Zoom is impressive, there is so much to see. These willows are so well defined in a row, and what much water. So wide is the sight, it's a beautiful picture, Tara did so well to encourage you, Jeff.
Lovely Jeff. we were close to the floods today. we never park in the car park at Branscombe , we walk over from Weston. the coffee is dear enough in the cafe
WOW What a flood that is. !! I hope it will be over soon. Excellent capture though.
oh hight water! great landscape and picture!
impressive
Flooding can be tragic.
IMPRESSIVE SHOT. IT HAPPENED SOMETHING LIKE THAT IN OUR AREA ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO
Beautiful view !
A beautiful capture Jeff and it does look like the water levels are receding!
Superb capture my friend. More rain is predicted for the rest orf the week. God bless.
Although it's a lovely scene it's very worrying. We've had a few close calls here too. Stay safe and dry Jeff :)
An great and interesting shot Jeff. It will take a while until the water is back to normal level.
I like the colors in this! Very nice!
Water is high, obviously !
One of my favourite bridges, just love how the red brick stands out.
xlt documentary shot
A fine capture of a desperate situation....the row of small trees is wonderful
I read today that young Ozzy Osbournes abode has £3000,000's of damage because of flooding.. Sure he can manage that but bummer! Glad it starting to dry out, great shot mate! Rob
You do live in a beautiful country, despite the shortcomings of tragic times, when the weather is beyond our control ... this is testimony of such haunting places - it has lots of appeal ... BB BTW - all your floral posts of the last few weeks are simply marvellous Jeff !
oh oh! hope its over now! impressive and super composed capture! ;o)
