Description
The Karpman Triangle
Our relations are sometimes expressed as a kind of B series and even violent incident, where, depending on the circumstances and his interlocutors, each protagonist unconsciously adopts a dramatized role to perfection. These relational roles theorized by Karpman in the sixties, are three in number, and to continue spinning cinematographic metaphor is found curiseusement schematically in ...
cartoons: the persecutor, victim and rescuer.
We often have a dominant role, but also move from one to another, sometimes very quickly, in a single conversation. These roles are blocking the development of the relationship, neither is better or worse than another, and they feed on a mixture of fear and low self-esteem or self-confidence. These roles can generate a lot of stress and swallow quantities of energy.
The general idea is twofold: To learn to identify the role that we play because it allows us to get out, just to take its rightful place in the relationship.
Learn to identify the normal operation of our interlocutors to avoid going into their game.
The development of self-esteem and assertive communication are excellent means to parvenir.Triangle and industrial relations
Labor relations, which are also part frequently in the triangle, are more complicated by the hierarchical positions, which can enhance the features and extremely stressful rendres.
Here are three portaits quite schematic of our hero of the day.
Attention, it is not self-flagellate us saying, OK, so it's all my fault. It takes two people to have a relationship, each with its share of responsibility and can not act on it.
HAPPY NEW YEARS

----------------

cool
fantastic image & very interesting!! (and say that again: cause stress & swallow energy, from others as well, doh. happen to know a lot of victims, martyrs, etc. the lot?? very attached to their 'roles' as well). I, for myself, don't believe in ego, nor 'roles' i.e. think the challenge is that everyone should try to outgrow that stage. I do believe that the only way to enter a relationship -of any kind- is when one has sorted out his/her issues and became 'whole'. only when all the gaps are filled -by urself and no one else- and one has enough love to offer, you'll be able to share? ahem ;-D as in: what's good, feels good?? wishing you & yours a wonderful 2014!!
original creation!!
Happy New Year! Aloha
