"Honda On Ice"
At our grandson's swim meet in Oklahoma City, OK, this weekend, we were greeted Saturday morning with a quarter to a half inch of ice coating the car. I had to run the defroster for ten minutes before I could even begin chipping the ice off the windshield. I thought the ripples of ice on the front of the hood were kind of interesting.

Great job on this capture Jim. We got hit by the same storm, just not as bad
Very cool (pun intended) shot
Those go better with a little vodka..... :-P We had a little freezing drizzle last night, but mostly it was just snow - about 4 inches.
That would make a nice center piece for a car show. Don't you just love Mother Nature's sense of humor?!?!?
now that's a ice shot! wow, most cool but also a bummer. great shot, Jim.. Merry Christmas..
Ugly storm. Glad it did not come this far south.
WOW it is hot as hell here!
that is pretty frozen...
Excellent photo.
cool!.......more than cool
Great capture. I remember being in an ice storm in Oklahoma. :)
Очень интересная фотография. Здорово!
Translation: "Very interesting picture. Wow!"
Now that IS cold Jim.
Very cool image but stay safe.
It must have been difficult to open the car. Interesting shot
Great Capture,
Great!!, merry Christmas to you and your loveones :)
That's a fantastic shot !! the weather is obviously quite severe there !!
Though not in OK, that same storm hit us, too. Memphis practically shut down, lol.
Wow! Keep warm and Merry Christmas. Aloha
This looks like frozen rain. The worst thing is if such a layer of ice is on the road, then the car driving and running on foot is impossible. These things happen here now and again in the winter. A great shot!
BBBBRRRRRR that is one cold looking photoshot my friend.
Very cool effects my friend, excellent work!
I recall all to well the horrendous ice storms of Oklahoma. I was on a bridge and the ice was so slick that I could not release the brake without giving a little gas. otherwise the car would move sideways with only idle speed. there was a semi stuck on the bridge and an old lady that was afraid to move. finally I was able to inch along beside her.
Great, just extra 10min. to stay together;)
