Fantastic capture !!!
Not enough seats for me.....
a splendid piece of Paradise !!! splendid mood !!!
I love the curves of the walkways branching out into the distance, and the lamp posts also receding into the horizon. What a wonderful composition you got here, Harry! Too bad you don't get fog more often, it does make for some lovely scenes!
wonderful shot
Splendid shot but gloomy!
Nice work on another cool capture, Harry.
Great composition Harry. Fog adds just a little mystery, I think. :)
Very nice shot!!!
I really like your foggy park photos , the first one was my favorite. All three in a collage would have been superb.
I'm lost now which way to go left or right!!!Great atmosphere!!!!
Andrea: "Not enough seats for me..." Lol...well I think you're supposed to glide through scenes like this, rather than sit. Nice observations, from a few above, about the many paths going into the distance. And Denise says, too bad you don't get fog more often: Hear hear. Write a letter! Complain...you're an artist, why do you have to wait on the whims of the atmosphere? You're an upstanding citizen---tell them to get their ____es in gear and get some more fog! I know these are the last 3 of 6 in this series, but you've posted them the last few days, and they've been gorgeous. I love the music of the paths, and their criss-crosses, against the vertical trees; and actually the spare number of benches make sweet "accents" throughout. The lampposts are very clear, while everything around them is such mist; and I love how the distant trees are blurs of orange and a few other misty hues. All very musical, and very relaxed and peaceful; with a coppery/silvery tone throughout. Also the fountain against the lamppost---the closest lamppost---is a fascinating juxtaposition. A fav for the whole bunch, I've been in misty-heaven from these, and you handled fog really expressively, like you've worked with it for years. Wonderful series all around.
I agree with Andrea bring in more benches how else can we people watch :) pretty capture.
