Yesterday, I cooked a turkey in a trash can for Thanksgiving. Turkey was held standing up with a wooden peg. Today I cooked another trashcan turkey laying down as seen below. Black Friday Turkey. Aloha and thank you for viewing

MMMmmmmm, Trash can Turkey.... sounds .... ah.... like left over gone to the trash can - lol..... I know what you mean though, I've had Turkey cooked in the trash can Barrels/drums. If you coat the turkey with oil or butter, it help keep it moist - don't know how you cook it, but I coat mine when I cook - turkey always has that "dry" taste, but with the locked in moisture - MMMMmmmmmm

Not too shabby considering it was cooked over a garbage can, Errol. The image does have a rather Black Friday mood to it. But I'm confused. Were you the one standing and lying down, or was it the garbage can?

Is the turkey from the other side of the island? When we drove over the saddle road, we had to be careful not to hit the numerous turkeys we saw. This one looks quite tasty.
The turkey I used was from the store. The turkeys you saw on the saddle road are wild turkeys and they have that wild or game taste if you know what I mean.
I mist it.... lol...... Look so good ((5++))
