Description
In the Fall of 1966 I was stationed at the US Navy base, Quonset Point, Rhode Island and living in a tiny town called Pettaquamscutt, RI. We had water service from Kingston, RI and this was our water tower. From a converted slide and will not zoom..
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated.

Fabulous capture and great tower ... WOnderfully done !
beautiful old water tower, what do you think, was there some renovation since 1966? stunning good picture for the time has past!
It's a bit like one in Suffolk UK that's been converted into a house.
amazing water tower and fabulous image
amazing the old structure could stand especially with a load of water. I would not want to re-shingle it
Taken on its own, this would easily have been a medieval fantasy image, with the tower being the dwelling of some wizard or character/creature of the imagination. Maybe the folks who built the tower had something interesting in mind! :)
An interesting tower, like out of a story book. Great shot.
Wow, this water tower is amazing, the shape is spectacular, thanks for sharing, Dana !
