Description
The clouded yellow, latin name: Colias croceus .
It's a small butterfly of the Pieridae family.
We call it, 'de Oranje Luzernevlinder', in English: The Orange Alfalfa Butterfly.
I've never seen this butterflies before.
But this week I noticed two of them every day, opposite our house; they were so hard to 'catch'.
I run after them very fast,
I think the neighbors have had fun when they saw me again, same every day.
But here's a copy, unfortunately not with open wings.
Too bad, because they are so beautifully drawn.
Thank you very much for your look!
Zoom will help, 'cause it's a macro-shot.
