Something OLD (a pick from my 1988 trip to Bali) and
something NEW (another Birthday this year for you)
and that's nothing to be BLUE about ...
Hello Mark, this is my little Birthday present for you and I hope it will also bring some similar or/and pleasant memories for you ?
A prime tourist industry for the Balinese is working with Silver, Batik and Wood ... apart from tons of RICE ;P
and I thought this was quite appropriate for the connoisseur of the female shape - this gentleman is actually asking, whether you think this shape will be suitable and satisfy your taste buds ??? Sorry, about the size, they only come in mini ;))
***
BTW - it was my first and smallest camera, an automatic point & shoot Canon - you know the ones tourists used to use ? ;( but technology and lenses have come a long way since then - big sigh !!! ;))
***
Anyhow, have a wonderful day and year to travel, explore and celebrate with friends, family or whoever crosses your path for fun times ahead and many happy returns, my friend!
BIG CHEERS from the Ozzies ...
Brigitte

Very cool photo and great gift for Mark Happy birthday Mark
reminds me of the Philippines. very candid capture
Thank you so much Brigitte. She is quite attractive. All I was ever offered when I visited were cravings of demons and birds and little men with gigantic phalluses. I was there in 1987. It seems my timing was off. Story of my life.
hmm, - I wonder what demons taste like ??? ;P
wonderful shot of life

Such a special photo and birthday-gift for Mark, Brigitte. A lot to discover here, and you did a great job with your 'oldie', dear friend. I have in mind to sent you some pictures, hope I'll succeed soon. Big hugs, my friend, and take care!
A wonderful photo for an old 'point and shoot' camera and a fantastic dedi for Mark.
Great image and dedication for Mark! It's very interesting to look at all the activity going on here. The man showing his art, sits among wood shavings and tools of his trade. Excellent lighting that shows well the musculature of the man asking the question and the facial expression of the man to his left. I like that man's expression a lot. It combines close concentration with a quiet calmness. There is a lot of industry in the room. Even the boy, whose attention has been captured by something to his right, seems to be a part of the industry. He may just be playing while the others work, but he is drinking in the activity of those around him too. I think my first camera was gotten by sending off two labels from a cereal box. My first roll of developed film was all of trees (or blobs, as my sisters labeled them.)
