It's hard to tell with this capture, but I'm going to make a wild guess that it is a 1910 Rolls Royce.

Nicely done dear. Reminds me of a story my grandfather used to tell. He was born in 1879 and was working in a carriage paint shop around 1900. He did the hand sanding between coats of lacquer. The shop's pin stripper was nicknamed Shaky Jake. Poor Jake was an alcoholic whose hands shook all the time except when he took a fine paint brush in hand. His pinstripes were always immaculate. No one knew how he did it. Imagine painting these pinstripes free-hand with a steady hand.
