Description
These are the the beach huts on the promenade at Lyme Regis and could just be seen in yesterday's post.
Lyme Regis is on the Jurassic Coast and that is signified by the fossil motifs on the lamp posts.

That is very interesting. I love to see the descriptions and learn a bit more about a photo. I love the fossil motifs on the lamp posts and the colorful beach huts.
I love the concept of having beach huts though I suppose not just anyone can have one. I find the sameness a little constricting though; it might look very interesting if people could build what they wanted with just a square footage and height limitation. It would be fun to design a beach hut to suit my own wishes.
they really ask to be photographed dont they, nice one Jeff
Very interesting and appropriate that they use the nautilus shell for the lamps great capture
They are really cool mate, and different from the ones on our beach.
agree with feamike about the fossils
Excellent shot!
Very pretty! ours were repainted in 2011 in pastels and I think I prefer it.
It gives a holiday look to the place.
cool and interesting capture of this charming line! ;o)
Fantastic perspectire and marvelous image !
Very cool little shacks we do not have them here.
Aha, they are not all white, as I saw them yesterday from a distance - even better in pastels ... the yellow one has very patriotic looking curtains ;P and the street lights are to die for! thanks for the close-up Jeff, BB
A great shot Jeff, looks like a nice walk too
So very English! And what a lovely shot they make!
Excellent shot, Jeff. Would be great fun to find such fossils. :)
Great perspective shot!
We just need a beach towel to Relocate * LOL * But I find the little cabins cute and you can hide well, if still greater Fossil cross the path * smile *
What I first noticed was that beautiful lanterns, Jeff. All those cabins, I like them so much, and what a long row of, with no end. I want that one with the curtains, beside the English flag. ;-)
Superb capture my friend. God bless.
Wonderful and very creative work
SWEEET -=- Korean grand prix !!
I did notice the unique lamp posts and I like the array of colors on the doors. I like the one with the Union Jack in the windows. Easy to find that way!
