Description
my son show how he smash garlic. i showed him how a long time ago. i used a flat side of the knife and hit it with my hand then.
So people think the sugar cane field was my son. It is not he live in the middle of the field on a paved road.
in the pot was some chicken type dish with white creamy sauce. That was at noon there was a lot of sauce left but no chicken so i bought shrimp and peeled them and put them in the sauce for the supper.it was better with the shrimp over noodles

Nice capture of your son hard at work cooking, Jock. Sounds like all of you had a great meal. (I love garlic too)
Sound great!
There is never enough garlic in a lot of meals Great shot of your son!
Looks like your son is quite the chef! Wow - that sounds like a delicious meal, Jock! Great photo of him at work in the kitchen!
Yep, this is just how I would do it too...! Excellent, and you can see he is enjoying himself, and that's all that counts!
He looks enthuthiastic in his preparation of this meal.I also saw someone put the garlic in a metal bowl and then put another one inside it and then smash them on the counter.Whatever works,is good.
LOL, that's one way to do it!
garlic is something I can not handle, at least my stomach. superb photo

Your cooking sounds good Jock and I hope he washed the hammer first!! Lol. Super shot.
I must have some Vampire blood in my as I can't stand the smell of Garlic, I do like his weapon of choice for squashing it though.

very amazing picture ! an excellent shot with humor !!!
Just a bit of overkill!
Great shot Jock! The only problem with the hammer method that I've found is the garlic can end up flying around the kitchen when you hit it! LOL :)
i enjoy garlis alot myself Jock, cool pic.
Cooking and Carpentry. Excellent photo, crushing garlic should be easy but I find it usually a sticky mess, but so worth it.
