Description
I have always had a love relationship with dragons, thinking of them more as large birds and dogs then fierce fire breathing creatures of destruction. More protector then something needed to be protected from, I would dream of dragons with special powers, being able to read the minds of humans and anticipate their needs, dispensing wisdom to us mere humans.
In this particular image (I have done several others a long time ago where the dragon is also more then just what dragons are usually thought of I should probably post them) I wanted to show the loving and delicate connection between the two of them. I hope I have succeeded.

First dragon I ever saw was from Walt Disney's "Sleeping Beauty" in the early 1950's and I have had them on my mind ever since. Put a beautiful elven princess with a dragon and you got a winner. Nice job and keep posting.
