Description
Cerridwen
Cerridwen is one of the Old Ones, one of the great megalithic pre-Christian Goddesses of the Celtic World. Although, in her story, she embodies all three lunar aspects of the Goddess, Maiden, Mother and Crone , she is primarily worshipped in her Crone aspect, by and through her Cauldron of Wisdom, Inspiration, Rebirth and Transformation . The cauldron has an intimate association with femininity, together with the cave, the cup and the chalice, and the association of femininity with justice, wisdom and intelligence goes back to very ancient times .
Cerridwen is a triple goddess Maid, Mother and Crone whose totem animal is the great white sow. She is associated with the moon, inspiration, poetry, prophecy, shape-shifting, and life and death.
Thanks for looking. I will be by to see you all soon.

Beautiful work, my dear!!!!!!!!!!
It is great to see an unload from you my friend. This is a truly beautiful rendition of Cerridwen.. Wonderful in every aspect.
I was always attracted to your dark side work the best and to my mind this is classic for you. I notice that you used poser rather than your beloved DAZ and I think this has given the image a sharper look which lends to the power. The lighting is spooky and there is a lovely color balance of deep gold and dark blue grey.
Such a beautiful work of art and and a beautiful character :O-)
