Description
I saw a photo of some bluebell woods recently and wanted to try to capture the feel - the trees aren't as dense as I would ideally like, but the effect of the carpet of bluebells was captured OK. I discovered that I didn't have a bluebell model, so made one quickly - it wouldn't stand up to close scrutiny, but the overall effect was more what I was after. There are 50,000 bluebell models replicated in the scene, which was rendered with Luxus for Carrara / Luxrender. It handled it all fine.

This looks so great. Do you mind sharing with me about how big the landscape was and about how many trees and flowers you used. I have been having trouble getting landscapes to look real the way that you describe them in your training.
