Description
Inspired by a photo of an American Indian dressed in top hat and tails. Gives him a sort of mystical/steam punk look.
Thanks for all the kind words but remember I have Rhino hide so don't be afraid to point out an area to improve in.
Also, the feathers are my creation. They are actual turkey feathers (long story). Anyone want them as a freebie?
