What a breathtaking shot this is and it almost looks like a castle on the top of the (dont know what you call such) mountain?.
And what a 'butte' it is. Wonderful composition. It gives a real sense of endless space. I guess Clint Eastwood rode through there before you arrived.
Wow...the landscape is SOOOOO big, and so amazingly beautiful! Wonderful capture, I feel like I can see right to the top of that butte at the person up there waving back at me!

I need to go there and visit this place and come up with stories that take place on some strange world where people travel around on land ships. Well, that's a part of why I'd visit, and I love the way this mesa actually does make me think of a great big land-sailing vessel. Hmmm...why has no one attempted to build big, giant boats to sail across land? Ah...maybe they did in some obscure Chip realm...more on that later. I'll have to pop back and see what else this photo tells me. This is a great shot. It's so fresh and open.

Looks like a pyramid.. Beautiful landscape and terrain..I would hate to get caught out there stuck...I wouldn't last long....weak as I am..... I would probably look up and see vultures flying overhead....but won't be in desert any time soon so no vultures thank heaven's LOL Fantastic pic...and def a fav with me... 10 stars for this one...and gave your hubbys image 10 stars too..I bet you all are having a great time..sightseeing and taking pics........
