Description

Bill didn't realize when his boat drifted into the cavern, what was inside... Poser/Vue D'Esprit 4/Painter/Photoshop This one was just another fun image to do, and to cheer me up. It is inspired from a fantasy novel that I have been writing on and off. Comments and Suggestions are welcome Please feel free to visit my other gallery entries if you have a moment. Thanks for looking! Credits: Image and concept by ShadowWind Mike 2.0,Wedge Cut,Beard Set, and Sea Serpent from Daz Fishing Cap/Shirt from Poserworld Subscriptions Rowboat was from Sams3D

The reflection on the wall is very effective. The water dragon nibbles him like cat. Will he forgive Bill?

M-mmmm - this one is magnificent Shadow. Your use of Vue would suggest you were a seasoned pro, and as usual, your Post-Work is both impressive and masterfully done. I absolutely love Bill's reflection in the water, in fact, all the reflections look positively realistic. I'm certainly glad that's not my foot in the dragon's mouth, especially seeing how large those teeth are...lol. It's simply a wonderful fantasy image my friend, and I do hope it was at least a temporary refuge from being down in the dumps. Your work never fails to impress and bring a smile to my face - thank-you for yet another. Hope that book goes somewhere too - you could easily illustrate it with your exceptional skills.

Cute. Love the textures especially the reflection of the water up on the side of the cave that is brilliant! As for the pants and shoes they lok a bit plasticy. That's the only complaint I have about this nearly flawless piece.

The pants and boots are wading pants and boots, thus they are a bit more shiny than normal as they would be...

LOL I guess you should never ask a dragon to.......Foot the Bill! ohhhhhh BAD BAD BAD!!!!! Ugh, my sense of humor hits an all time low! LOLOL This is such a charming piece. I love the look on Bill's face. The sea dragon's a charmer as well! LOL On a technical note, LOVE the reflections and the lighting! The froth around the sea dragon is simply amazing! Gives the pic such a nice sense of movement. This would make a great illustration in a children's book or fantasy novel!!! Your works rock as usual Shadow!

LOL! Very clever image. I don't think this is what they meant when they said "foot-in-mouth". Terrific work on the expressions, lighting and the reflections. :o)

Autsch, that does pain... we hope, the dragon has humor and he is not hungry for the moment, LOL :-) Outstanding scene with the "right" atmosphere for the wonderful theme of a great fantasy novel :-)))
