Description
enjoy the weekend my friends and guests, i appreciate the visit as always. :)
for some of you my "gone in 60 seconds" image reminded you of the movie "bullitt", so i had to work on one with the green color it had in the movie. i don't recall if Steve McQueen had a passenger during that cool chase. i do recall some of the chase scenes were the same, just different camera angles on the corners. also do any of you see the mustang hit the camera when the charger and mustang were making a hard left around a corner from a hill? the one i saw they did not clip it out. then of course one scene you have a dented fender, then another scene it's not dented after the bumping.
i also had designed a plate with a colorado tag at first named BULLITT, then after starring at it, i wanted the actual plate # from the flick, did that and changed my mind again. it had to be a california tag like the original. so i found a pic of a reproduction on a site for sale, it even had a repoduction sticker for 1969, so cool!
the mustangs plate # was JJZ 109
does anybody recall the chargers plate #?? i did not recall myself so i had to look up both.. lol Steve
i also prior to render did a motion blurrrrr on richardphotos bg he sent me awhile back, note i only left a small part street by the mustang and the street sign untouched, post work in photoshop with the shadows, motion blurr on tires and tire skid marks. thanks for viewing. lol Steve

Excellent scene and car Steve love the skid marks you did also. Have a great weekend my friend!
You put a lot of work in this fabulous image Steve.
nice work a lot of little details
Nice piece of work! I like the car.
The blur of the background gives an impression of speed the car. Bravo!
A very cool car against a beautiful background.By fading this bg you created the suggestion of speed. I don't know the movie but the image is excellent! Gr.Rudy.
stunning render!!!
Fantastic scene, cool car and characters!!!!!!!!
Fabtastic scene and wonderful car... I like it !!!
Amazing image
Exellent done.
You have done a tremendous job on this!
Bullit one of the best film they make ...Great potential in your art again Steve ((5++))
Excellent render!
McQueen was my idol... way above John Wayne or anyone else from that era. Nope no riders we along for that ride in the movie... I do recall the disappearing dented door though. And did you know that when you see the motorcycle go sliding along the street during the chase that it wasn't scripted, it was an accident that they left in the scene. The stuntman was left with a few scrapes and bruises but not too badly damaged. Very cool work on this Steve, thanks for posting it... an all-time fav !!
Awesome composition, very cool work!!
excellent
Fantastic work and love that car!!
Wonderful car and scene!!!!!!
Good job! your attention to detail paid off!
Nice image.
An excellent composition, Steve, I like the blurry background and the skid marks.
Hehe, now THAT"S a Mustang! Great job, Steve, but where's the blue VW bug that is seen about 40 times in that chase? Steve was definitely alone in it but the Charger had two bad guys with the passenger shooting at McQ most of the time... until he ran them off the road into that gas station anyway. I know you're at the mercy of the textures and the model but Steve's was all green, no stripes.
Красивая машина и прекрасная обстановка. Здорово!
another awesome image render my friend, no he didn't have a partner for his chase in that movie, love the work you put into this one, course i also love "gone in sixty-seconds" too!:)*5
very fine work on this composited image...love steve M. but only saw bullitt once. do love to pick out those continuity goofs though. the industry actually has a person to find and correct them...obviously, just like anything else, some are better than others...
EXCELLENT WORK!
WOW! Excellent work! A lot of effort and detail went into this one. :D

Nice work on the motion blur, and small details, like tire traces, cool work Steve :)
