Description

General Macarthur has changed the date on the vital "China Boat" Conference in Australia, at the urging of a certain expert from Indiana. They plan to rule out attendance by the British Museum's foremost expert in Marine Dating, Dr Ebony Love, who cannot possibly make it from Calcutta in time now. But Marines are the last thing on Ebony's mind. Bent on revenge, the Abwehr's brutal Antiquities Branch have followed her on this puzzling detour to a lake in the back-blocks of Ceylon.... [I reckon I know one lady who took that secret QANTAS "red-eye" special from Ceylon to Australia during World War Two] Assets: items no longer in Rendo store? 1930's autopistol kalebdaark Dude's duds for M3 mrsparky (boat drivers, pilots etc) stengun- Panko figures, most clothes and other props from DAZ notes: #5 "Spica Star" C-AGKS joined QANTAS Empire Airways late and spent the Second World War's last year as a reserve aircraft at Sydney's Rose Bay seaplane base. Represented here using the Digimation PBY5 Catalina, "Spica Star" was in fact a Boeing-Canada PB2B-2 (no, it is not the plane Hamlet used... it is a licensed version of the famous Catalina that closely resembles the high-tailed PBY6).
