Yep, caught a beauty right on the bank here last week. We were going to drift, but it was too windy, so just fished off the bank all day. Turned into one of those warm, sunny winter days. Who cares if you catch anything??? But when you do, it's so much fun!!

So calm and restful! I love this view; it's so restful, calming, and deliciously open! The greenery in the water is so lively, and I like what looks to be a boat in the distance. Fishing can be such a fun, relaxing thing, especially if you don't catch anything, but bottles of wine go empty, empty, and empty...well...if you're fishing from the shore. This is a gorgeous shot. I love the way it feels. I also like the slanted striations in the rock. Geology seems to have been fairly active there, and it left graffiti that wind and water are left to reveal...sort of. Kinda. Well, not really, but that's how I see it from time to time.
Love the colour of the water. I fished a couple of days ago, but couldn't even catch a cold!
