Slowly recovering after the operation, it is now below zero at night and if I don't get my pain control right on my way to bed, I'm dead for half a day. Especially as I have now caught a rather ugly virus, which makes you shiver all over and little knives slice into my knee...then my lower back, then it dies down, then flares up again. I think I'm over the worst of it. Going to Chester in the morning for a business meeting at noon.
