Here is my version of Mrs. Claus. I have no idea if the character has ever had a full name or not, but I've decided to call her Noel as it's very fitting. I also came up with my own unique origin tale for her and Santa. Giving an exact place of origin for her is a bit more difficult than giving one for her husband, because he is based on an actual real historical person, while she is not. In my backstory for her above, I decided to make her be from Iceland, since that is a country that is close to Greenland where the North Pole and Christmas City is, and goes along with the whole trope of why the two places have their names seemingly reversed, since Iceland is green and Greenland is icy. Anyhow, though, her story also gives some insight to how she met Nicholas with some help of a group of forest elves who also originated from the area of Iceland in which she lived on her farm with her family, who sought him out in aiding her after tragedy struck. It also says how they both eventually migrated to the North Pole for reasons unknown other than wanting to be alone with each other in one of the most remote places possible to live out the end of their lives together with each other. But, then they were granted eternal life and resurrected to continue their mission of goodwill on Earth, and their humble homestead grew to become the grand Christmas City. The main problem with all this however, is that the real life St. Nicholas lived during the time of the Roman Empire from around the 3rd and 4th centuries, and people didn't migrate or start to live in Iceland until around the 8th or 9th centuries at the earliest. So, that is a discrepancy that doesn't line up in my fictional account for the two of them meeting and growing old and dying together in order to be granted their immortality and special powers. But, then again, all of the magical stuff with Santa Claus doesn't align with the real historical figure anyway, so, l guess we can just chalk it up to this isn't going to align with the reality no matter what, and perhaps Nicholas in this reality existed during a much later point in history. However, that specific time period will probably remain a mystery, as will whatever time period Noel herself comes from. And, her actual place of origin in Iceland will probably remain a mystery as well, considering that according to her bio here it seems like she lived in some isolated area that wasn't part of any sort of settlement where there were other people around, and she only had her family and the animals and elves for company.
