Please, do ZOOM.
It's called Remembrance Day in Canada.
Posted a similar pic of this scene a few years back. Couldn't find any other appropriate fotos in my files to pay homage on this special day so I'm doing a reprise.
Since this was snapped back in early 2009 I wonder if any of these gentlemen is still alive.
Toodles, and have a memorable day.

It's called Remembrance Sunday here too. A very appropriate photo.
Yes in Australia we stood for a minutes silence yesterday, & remembered them.
Worth a rerun to see these veterans again. I hope they are still around.
Very nice work on this dedi for Veteran's day Harry
What a wonderful shot for this special day; in my opinion soldiers and vets don't get nearly enough gratitude for their hard work and sacrifices on everyone else's behalf. Hopefully all of these gentlemen are still with us!
Very fine!!!
Excellent photo for these memorable day. Hopefully they are all still living.
Fine shot Harry.. An excellent tribute on 'Veterans Day' as its called over there.. All the same thing though.. I don't think you could have posted a better one to be honest.. Lest We Forget.... Rob
And a big thank you for your service too Harry. Neat pic! I think that the fellow standing behind the two old wheelchair bound WWII pilots and in front of the P-38 that goes by the name of "Twenty Three Skidoo" is Steven Hinton... Steve is the president of Planes of Fame Air Museum with locations in Chino, California and Valle-Grand Canyon, Arizona, and owner of Fighter Rebuilders, a military aircraft restoration company.
Salute! Aloha
very heartfelt shot... the men in their glory days, would pilot these planes with courage and skill to protect and defend... a fond tribute ...
Happy Veterans Day Dad !!! If I did not know better, the gentleman standing up in the middle looks much like you. I could be mistaken , but there is a resemblance. Anyway, a great Photo. Thanks for sharing this one! ;-)
A perfect post with the pilots for Veterans Day!
Salute!
It's a fabulous plane... wonderful capture!
