Splendid capture my friend!!!Bravissimo!V:DDD.Hugsxx Whylma
This is lovely, dear Nikolay. A favorite with me, just like a secret garden door. Hugs for all day. Di. xx
Superb. I love overgrown or derelict doors - they supply fuel to fertile imaginations. :-)
As the saying goes as one door closes another will open (probably a new Starbucks just down the road) Excellent photo.
Tantalising!
Very inviting to go through and see the wonders within! Excellent capture!
You've created a very mysterious atmosphere here - the first thing that popped into my mind was Alice in Wonderland...
Makes me wonder what is behind that door. Beautiful shot :-)
I wasn't wondering what was behind the door until Helle mentioned it! Now I'm curious, though. A walled garden? An abandoned room? A brick wall? Endless possibilities ... right up until the time you open it and see ...
What is behind the door I wonder? !!
Beautiful capture.
Intriguing! I've loved doors/thresholds and things like that for quite some time, and so this is quite a marvel of a shot. I'm always curious about the stories that lurk behind closed and forgotten doors, though I've also learned that many of those stories are rather boring, and its our own living sense of romance that gives closed/mysterious doors their power. Ah, but I still love them; they're like cheat-sheets for a writer: they will tell your story! And I think that's what I like about them, they're writer's prompts...food for the Muse...and this is a delicious one, as my Muse says. I love the mood of this shot and I have to say that an old/abandoned pioneer camp is NOW on my list of places to visit!
I love the secrecy that surrounds this image, even if it's only in my imagination - the other secret is NOT to force your way through this or the spell be broken ... charming find Nikolay, BB
