Description
There is a legend that says that when a forest elf begins to sing his magical song, every note becomes a butterfly. If those ones are blue, it's probably because she sings a blues ...
As usual, posed and set up in Daz Studio. Materials tweaking, lighting and rendering in Octane Render.
Since iI wanted this specific type of lighting, I used Octane daylight system and the direct lighting kernel. Postwork in Gimp for resizing and signature only.

I guess even Elves get the blues, huh? Though I can't imagine what they have to be miserable about... must be a real drag being gorgeous and virtually immortal, eh? :) Beautiful image!!
Beautiful description and concept! It's exquisitely realized in your illustration as well - fantastic work!

Excellent. Love her expression. Location is everything.
Love it!
Lighting to put ALL else to shame, WOW~ Outstanding pose and expression, the shadows in this are awesome (I can't stop looking at the light, here)LoL An excellent narrative to go with this top class image~ One of your absolute best, Thierry =) Simply magnificent work!

I believe in this "myth". Your creation represents it wonderfully. A beautiful pose and expression on your lovely songstress. The lighting is excellent, the entire scene is brilliant.
