Description
Couldn't resist a shot of this.
There used to be a gate in this position but it was moved closer to the office building and the old gate bricked up.
They just never removed the sign banning pedestrians access to the courtyard.
Now, with the wall there, it just looks like they are stating the obvious. :-)
