Description
This is one for Stella who hike to Lake Waiau on "Mauna Kea July 22, 2012" . Lake Waiau elevation is 13,020 ft. above sea level and the air is thin up there. Good job Stella, you now have bragging rights for being up there.....and glad you enjoyed the hike. Aloha

@MU...Most of the time, the rain is below the lake's elevation. But I have never seen the lake dried up. It would be something if it did dry up and I record it with pictures...might be the first :)
