Description
I was at a dog show two days in a roll and i thought of jendellas and her dogs that wins first place.
here is at the end of day one. This is the second time i went there as I had to leave to do something and I came back to find the shows ended for the day.
I walked out the side enter and this young lady with no life in her eyes was walking her dog. Guess she was tried from the days event.
I did see all the work they do on the dogs before they show them to the judges and do what ever they do in the show. No I did not see them jump thought hoops or over fences so I guess that in a differ type of dog show. These dogs is all cut and powder and have face make up and I do do know what all they do to them beside this and comb they hair a lot. I forgot to ask the young lady if her dog won anything? oh well. I did see a man having a hand full of ribbons and I did ask him if he won. he say "Yes"
this is the first time i been to one in real life and it was a eye opener. it nothing like you see on TV. So go to one if you can just to see and feel the real thing. even if you do not like dogs you can get in photos in bad lighting and learn a lot. that why i when on the second day as i saw I took a lot of bad photos and I knew i can do better. i still learning about my new camera and I had to read up on it to learn what I did wrong. I learned a lot.
So here is to jendellas and her dogs. go to jendellas gallery if you like to see dogs that have won first place in many if not all the contests they have at these dog show

Thankyou Jocko, I have to say I am glad my girls don't have to be got ready like this. A bath & a comb & that is it :o) Hope to see more pics, :o)
Cute girl and dog, Jocko!!!
Poor dog made to look like that! :) Great shot though Jock :)
Excellent shot! :)
WONDERFUL PORTRAIT
Terrific shot of the dispirited blonde and her pet show poodle, Jock. That is one radical haircut, I must say. I've been checking for dog shows in my area for years and haven't come up with any yet. I'd love to go to one and take tons of photos.
the young lady is beautiful dog-tired eyes are not. I do not care too much for trimmed dogs like this, but they do not know the difference.superb capture
Great capture! I wonder if the dog has something to say about the haircut!LOL
great foto.
Cool Jock!
Yes the dog has more energy.
OMG lol Nice shot
Poor dog.
Hehe - I think the young lady is jealous because the poodle has better hair.... LOL! Great shot, Jock! A beautiful dog! That's a 'standard' poodle - we had one named Chi-Chi when I was a kid, only she was black. Smartest darn dog I ever saw - she could almost speak. I loved that dog... ;-D
Must be a really high maintenance pouch?
Oh my gosh. LOL
Let's be honest ... Front sweat it, back it freezes ... This is a real dog's life ... Really scary what people do with their dogs ... Nice photo.
Great capture. I like all dogs. Mine tend to be a bit more mutt-ly but this is a grand looking dog.
This is great Jock, and reminds me of the years I spent showing dogs too, and in fact Barbara and I often used to go to dog shows together in those days. hugs Jane xx
She does look tired, the dog has a great cut and this is a great shot! I like the type of dog that can play in the mud if he wants to.
Ewww... in my opinion, this kind of hairdo is horrible (on the dog, i mean). To each their own taste, i guess! :) Super shot, though! :D
So fancy :)
