Description
A water taxi and some private vessels line up on Butlers Wharf on the Southbank of the Thames just east of Tower Bridge in London.
Another HDR in photoshop CS5 experiment. The blow outs are not from HDR but rather from my trusting an autoexposure on my point and shoot for a dusk shot with floodlights, i.e. they are from an original muck up. However, I quite like this effect and compared to the original it made the difference between posting and not.
If anyone is interested in how this type of HDR can be done in CS5, with a single jpeg, I would gladly post a how to next up.

Actually, I think it looks really great, Roxy! I'm a sucker for photos with some 'punch' and this one certainly has it!

The lighting and the spots of color on the water give it a quite unusual atmoshpere. One can´t decide whether its late afternoon or night. It makes the shot quite interesting. And it remeinds me, that I miss London, haven´t been there for years.
