Description

A tiny visitor on our lovely little Chestnut tree, which has a story: 6-7 years ago or maybe longer, my mother found a tiny chestnut tree only about one foot tall in her herbs bed. It came from a tree she had at the end of her property. I digged up the little tree and planted it in our lawn. It is now about three meters tall and looks so lovely in the springtime. FULL SIZE IS MUCH BETTER Have a wonderful sunday. We still have the most gorgeous weather, but now they say it will be colder and more unstable weather.... oh well, we really need the rain. And then again...last time they promised rain, we didnt get a drop. As usual, Thank you for your always welcome viewing, commenting and fav to my previous post. :-)

A sot beautiful and detailed pic. I hope you don't yet have the leaf-mining creature that spoils the leaves each year.

Oh my. Zoom is spectacular! Such a sharp, beautiful image. I had no idea chestnut blossoms were so beautifully intricate ... they're so often quite far over my head! LOL!
