Description
Some sort of marine gear on the top of a power boat. I assume it's an antenna of some kind. Mostly I just thought it was fun! :)

Reminds me of those fibre optic lamps that were all the rage back in the early eighties, and yes, sadly I possessed one, but I drew the line at a lava lamp :} Great eye you have there, and you guess at an antenna is probably correct.

Maybe it's just a sculpture, or there's a magnet and it's attracted a bunch of fishermans' line weights...it makes for a great capture. Well-spotted!
HEHE ! At first I thought it was a bird feeding thing. We have such one for Bird balls.... no bird foodballs..... no hmm All sounds wrong. LOL! Balls made of fat and bird seed in little nets to hang on each string... spring.... eehh well ..you know... ;-)

Ooooh! I know exactly what this is. It's a thing. I'd probably spend hours watching it. I'll bet it looks really nice when there's a decent wind blowing. I'm sure all of those stringydoodles would move in nicely interesting directions. I rather like their tips. They look like something fashion forward people might wear woven into their dreadlocks. The POV makes this look quite nicely tall.

Well now, I've seen everything. Thought this might be a Garmin antenna. I've found them that look like rotating white 2x4s, mushrooms, cake dishes and bowler hats without the brims...but drat, this has defied my search of images:) Excellent capture of one very fanciful piece of kit! You've got a great eye for this sort of thing.
