Hi friends,
This photo I made today.
In dark water, this frog trusted his camouflage.
Almost invisible, but still shoot by me.
Both here still suffer from the flu.
The strange thing is, we both also have many problems with our eyes,
does not see clearly.
Anyway, I still saw this frog, eh!
For my arm and shoulder I now have treatments by a good physiotherapist.
Well, she hurts me a lot, such good she is LOL.
But she is a very nice lady, with very strong hands too ;-)
She helps me so I don't go get a frozen shoulder.
Must have patience, the arm is still dark-blue and thick.
I use comfrey juice made from comfrey in our garden.

Oooo, I like this Mies...he is right to trust his camouflage. And I like the shiny, reflective water. Get well and keep the rehabilitation going...a shoulder does take a couple of months to heal...I've been through the same thing about 5 years ago.

Great capture of this frog. Sorry to hear you both have the flu. Your shoulder sounds like it is getting better. It always hurts more during healing than when you first broke it.

Despite your eye problems, you did really well, finding this Prince Charming in the water! and he is just so adorable - but then again, I do like frogs (except Cane Toads) ... So, let's get better - both of us, with our eyes OK ? Hugs BB
