Description

She didn't get her tongue stuck to the ice :o) Very cold yesterday even the water butt was frozen until Jasmine put her foot on it. We are supposed to have snow today, it is very cold but nothing like in Russia, thankfully. Thanks for all the comments & favs, so, so appreciated. xxx

Super capture Barbara. The dogs never seem to notice the cold, until it is in the severe range. Have a great weekend

Lovely shot! This morning I couldn't see where Maya was when I'd let her out into the garden - went into the conservatory and had to follow to where her footprints had gone. There she was standing ON the fish pond!!! She's always wanted to know what was under all the trees behind it but could never get to it before. I shouted at her to come off straight away as I had no idea how thick the ice was. Didn't want her falling through! She didn't think there was any need for me to tell her off ;-)

What a strange winter it is. Bitter cold in some parts of the world where it normally doesn't get SO cold. And here, we've got the mildest winter I've ever seen. Not balmy, but certainly not what we're used to. Jasmine is such a clever girl .. breaking the ice with her foot!
