About the spider web, I've often seen this, remains of the autumn in the frosty vegetation. That's why I've also tried to make it "worn" and imperfect. And, who says this is taking place in late January - might as well be late November/early December, where we usually have this look, a lot earlier than this winter - and the web directly and intentionally suggests this :)

wonderful realistic landscape with excellent pov
Excellent, Lars.
Beautiful and colorful!
Damn ! Did you use a "Vue-filter" in your camera ? To think this is not a photograph but a computer-generated image is truly mind-boggling... One of the best I've EVER seen, no sh1t ! If you ever start selling large-sized prints, I'll be one of your customers. Guaranteed. Damn you're GOOD !
Fantastic scene/image and details!!
beautiful. super real render
Wow! Verry cool work!
Absolutly realistic !
Absolutely gorgeous! Spectacular work!
Truly superb! However I am at somewhat of a loss. I spent nine hours staring at this image and I couldn't see David Jason anywhere!
Great picture. I feel cold when I see this scene.
I think you are the greatest landscapist I've yet to encounter. Most landscapes including those by "professional" artists bore me but yours don't. I say this in all se4riousness: you really should have prints made of your work and sell them. You are really, really good a true artist. PS Do you also paint on canvas?
I love the spider web. Really adds to the composition. Great work!
