Besides the rain and usual overcast that I remember most of my time spent up there I also remember days like this. Perfect calm, slight mist, flat sea, an occassional seagull, a human or two. In this case most likely a father and son, probably explaining something about the sea, i.e. bonding time. A perfect place to relax and reflect on the stage of things. Very relaxing atmosphere and you captured it perfectly Bill!
