Description
The worst mistake is to try to be someone we're not, even if we are pushed to be. We end up failing at what we are trying to be and we fail at being ourselves... Yet many jobs push just that upon us... The trick is to find a job that does not push us to be someone other than ourselves (just pushes us to be the best version of ourselves).

Nice illustration of a point. My employer for the last 18 years has attempted just this. Fortunately, I am more resilliant to their desires than they expected. . . . . . . but they are not as resistant to the changes I impose on them as they would like to think. Ah! The joy of battle. :-)
