New Year's Eve is the daughter of Father Time & Mother Nature. She is an out-going glob-trotting adventurer and party girl who seeks to defend the world from evil. She is the daughter of Father Time and Mother Nature, and is therefore the mistress of both time and nature, and is a full-time super-heroine. So, she’s more of a spiritual being than a physical being, although she does appear to others in a physical form. And, since she can control both time and nature, well, that means that she can use her abilities to go anywhere she wants in the universe any time that she wants, but she mostly sticks to Earth since her powers are tied to the yearly cycles of the rotation of the planet. But, anyway, she doesn’t have just one place that she stays in and does heroics, she’s constantly moving around the world each season having a good time being a heroine in a new and different place. And, her immortality makes it so that she doesn’t really need normal food and shelter, like other beings, although she will partake in meals, drink, and rest just for the fun of it. Plus, it hasn’t been said anywhere yet, but I would think that with her abilities, she could also just make herself some shelter anywhere she wanted, or could even conjure up some money to pay for whatever she wants or needs. Or, on the other hand, she could always just crash at Mom & Dad’s place, wherever that is in the cosmos.
