Chinese Zodiac is an evil villainess bent on world domination through her mystical power over the 12 spiritual animals of the Chinese zodiac from which she derives her codename. She is the arch-enemy of New Year's Eve. She gained her powers from an unnamed Chinese monastery which she also burnt to the ground. So, that can’t be her base since it was destroyed. Her bio just says that she was attempting to take over her home country of China, and then the rest of the world with her new powers, but New Year’s Eve put a stop to her plans and exiled her somewhere where she couldn’t do any harm. That place of exile isn’t named however, so it’s a mystery as to where exactly it was that she was sent, and the bio says that it’s only a matter of time before she gets free of this exile and strikes again, so it’s obviously not somewhere permanent that she can never escape from. So, let’s just say that she has escaped for the sake of things, and she’s back causing trouble for the world, where could it be that she has a base of operations then? Well, considering that she is a native Chinese woman, and she originally wanted to take over her home country, it stands to reason that she would remain based out of China somewhere. But, that might leave her isolated as far as being an international villainess, and I might want to move her to the US and just have her based out of a Chinatown maybe? I’m not sure I really like that idea though, and she should probably stay in China. She can probably still fight NYE, and other heroes of the world no matter where they are with her power set. She can gain the powers of a dragon after all as the most powerful of her abilities, so getting from place to place shouldn’t be an issue.
