Description
...if you've seen my previous upload, you'll know I've been fiddling with shooting and postworking RAW digital photos. And, yes...wearing all my clothes. lol.
...anyway, this batch of holly berries came from a quick RAW shot while walking around the block this afternoon with tk.
...the brightness of the colors surprised me so that I just had to post this before calling it a night.
Bill:)

Awesome capture.
Beautiful result Bill. I can see that you are going to be very good at this!
Outstanding work Bill. God Bless.
Lovely! Someone tried to explain RAW to me the other day and I felt my eyes glaze over like they used to in education lectures.
Wonderful capture and would make for a nice Christmas pic.
If these are the raw I want to see the cooked Great capture
LOL @ Mike! Amazing clarity and brilliance, Bill; I think you're a convert too!
a thought they were holly berries...;)
Glad you had clothes on while walking around the block! LOLOL... The berries are gorgeous and red is so difficult to capture perfectly! You did it though! Well done Bill!
HA! I was going to say the same as Carin. :D Wonderful shot and darkroom work :)
Beautiful, so sharp, love the light sparkling on the holly leaves.
Gorgeous,
Well, after my previous rant, this looks much better! The image looks very rich in color here, almost more than the real thing. Is this a RAW file you've uploaded? Or...? I'm wondering, since I don't know if Internet Explorer 8 can show all these different file types. Keep experimenting and maybe I'll consider RAW files as something positive in addition to the usual "well done" files! (Uh, oh! I think T.Rex just read that and wants a well done dinner! So, off to the kitchen with me!). :-)
Quite beautiful.
my eyes lit up so many colors can smile warm hugs, Linda
lovely shot
A brilliant capture of these berries they look so pretty. I can't say I am very happy with holly at the moment as we are trying to lower our holly hedge and it is so...... prickly.
Wonderful shot!
Absolutely stunning in all things sharp, colorful, contrasting and textured in this RAW pic, Bill. What a fabulous foto, taken with the aid of a flash, I suspect. I guess I'm going to have to take the big leap and start getting serious about RAW. I hope I have the equipment and software to carry off the task. If not, it's back to .jpeg.
love the colors!!
Lovely holly.
Berry nice! ;) Beautifully done capture! :)
Lovely Holly.
Gorgeous holly berries (hey, isn't she a movie star or something?? ;-D)! Those colors are just so pure and the photo is tack sharp - and the DOF really makes the main group of berries and leaves just pop! Wow! Super work with this! And now I have this image of you sitting at the computer, processing RAW images with no clothes on.... Have you been hanging around with renecyberdoc by any chance?? LOL!
Beautiful berries Hugs Susan
Awesome capture Bill lovely and bright.. Lovely work on this!!
A sensational perfect picture.
Outstanding color, contrast and clarity.
