Thats what they call this menu. We ate this the other day in the mall. They have severel restaurants and we have our favorite restaurant. Later you will se it. Maybe i should say it is flat fish on toast.
Wish you all a beautiful day.
We have cold weather very close to the freezing point, but that is not cold at this time of the year and the sun is shining between the clouds.
Actually rather nice weather. :)
Thank you so much for viewing, commenting and fav to my previous post. It is highly appreciated :)

Such presentation! Wow! That's pretty fancy digs for a piece of breaded fish on toast! LOL! It's absolutely gorgeous, though. Beautifully plated!
Very picture worthy. Color...arrangement...eye appeal. And it looks delicious! Well done.

Oh Yummy, Helle! What a delicious and delightful meal and presentation! I would hate to eat some of this without ruining this tasty "shooting" platter! This is really fun and cute! Exceptional and elegant! I envy the one that gets to dig in! :)
We eat ?? Wonderful capture , Helle and splendid composition and colors !
Excellent foods image.
Wonderful shape. Food presentation is always so intriguing for me, especially when it's so colorful! I really adore the colors in this...they're so crisp and fresh and very, very clean...no blurring, but it's not sterile either. I'd love to taste a lunch like this, especially since I like fish! Flat fish on toast: I like the idea of that. Now, I'm wondering if it's flat fish like flounder, maybe. It looks delicious and so expertly prepared! Shopping and eating: those are two of life's greatest pleasures!
